Location and access
The cottage is situated at the foothills of Giant mountains near the place called „Hrádeček“, 8km from Trutnov, 9km from Janské Lázně, 18km from Pec pod Sněžkou. 3km to new golf course and ski resort Mladé Buky. Parking place on a fencing area with a posibility to use the garage.
Equipment and services
There is large common room with TV, SAT and dining place on the ground floor, kitchen equiped by electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and fridge with the freezer. Bedroom for 3 persons, bathroom with shower and WC are also situated downstairs. Upstairs (lower roof) you will find two open bedrooms for up to 6 persons. The house ahs central heating, the owner of the house lives about 150m from it and is able to provide you drinks and refreshments on request. Facilities: large garden with a swimming pool, grill area and terrace. Client can also use the small sport area (football, volleyball, basketball, table tenis) and playground (sandpit, climbing frames). Possibility of using the mountain bikes by deal with owner. Dogs allowed.

Recreation and services in surroundings
Skiing and trips to the area of Giant mountains. Swimming in indoor or outdoor swimming pools in Trutnov, possibility of trips to Adršpach, ZOO Safari Dvůr Králové, chateau Kuks etc. You can play Laser Games Sniper Valey 1km from the house in the original settingsurroundings of the chateau (year round operation). New 1.6km long bobsleigh track with year round operation is located 6km away.
