The cottage is situated at the foothills of Giant mountains near the place called „Hrádeček“, 8km from Trutnov, 9km from Janské Lázně, 18km from Pec pod Sněžkou. 3km to new golf course and ski resort Mladé Buky. Parking place on a fencing area with a posibility to use the garage.

There is large common room with TV, SAT and dining place on the ground floor, kitchen equiped by electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and fridge with the freezer.
