Discounts:
Children up to 3 years without bed and boarding free of charge.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Accommodation only for 1 night +150 CZK/person/night.
Dog (other animals are not allowed) +100 CZK/night.
Bed linen for individual stays for free.
Sojourn tax: 25,- CZK/adult person/day.

For obligatory reservation we requires 50% of the total price to our account on the day of booking. The rest is always paid on the day of arrival in cash or by QR code.

On the day of departure, please leave the room until 10:00, later only after agreement with the owner.

CANCELATION FEES
Cancellation 2-14 days before arrival 50% of the price of the booked stay.
Cancellation 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival 50% - of the price of the booked stay.
If you don´t come 50% - from the price of the booked stay.

SCHOOLS, SKI TRAININGS, CHILDREN GROUPS, SPORTS TRAININGS:
School - child: 750 CZK/full board incl. drinking regime
Kindergarten - child: 550 CZK/full board incl. drinking regime
Teacher, educator, instructor - for every 10 children: free accommodation.

RENTAL OF THE WHOLE GUESTHOUSE, INCLUDING using of kitchen, common room with bar, and draft beer equipment:
Winter Season + Easter 12500 CZK/day/guesthouse - up to 35 persons.
Summer season 10500 CZK/day/guesthouse - up to 30 persons.
New Year's Eve - stay min. 5 nights (26.12.- 12.1.) 25000 CZK/day/guesthouse - up to 35 persons.
Boarding
Breakfast - adults: 200 CZK, children 11-17 years: 150 CZK, children 3-10 years: 100 CZK

Catering for closed groups such as birthday parties, weddings, etc. will be prepared by agreement. In case of renting the entire house, you can use fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dining room with bar and draft beer equipment.
