The building is in operation all year round.

50% of the total price for accommodation is payable within 7 days of booking to the lessor's account.

The accommodation price includes water, electricity, firewood consumption and bed linen

The price does not include sojourn fee, which is 14 CZK until the end of 2024, from 1 January 2025 the fee increases to 25 CZK/person/night.

A surcharge for accommodation and a sojourn fee is payable at the latest upon arrival.

Not suitable for pets, the property is not fully fenced.

Cancellation conditions: 60 days or more - no charge, 59-30 days - 25%, 29 days or less - 50% of the accommodation price.
