In case of request for accommodation of less persons than the capacity of the apartment, the price is on request.
For a binding order we require 50% of the total amount as a deposit sent to our account, which we will inform you at the same time as the confirmed order - reservation. The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid within the time specified in the confirmed order. The remaining balance of the total price is payable to the accommodation provider's account no later than 5 days before the start of the stay (unless otherwise agreed). In the event that the remaining amount of the accommodation price is not paid within the stated deadline, the reservation will be considered cancelled by the guest.
By making a deposit payment, the guest agrees to all payment and operating conditions and the Gottesgab Apartments accommodation rules and undertakes to comply with these conditions.

In the winter season we prefer weekly stays. Inquiry about availability of shorter dates by email.
Payment for accommodation is made by bank transfer (any other way only after agreement with the accommodation provider).
Other charges:
Accommodation and recreation fee, bed linen, towels and bath towels, parking at the house: included in the price.
500 CZK for loss of parking card.
Loss of key: 1000 CZK
Excessive soiling of the room: 2000 CZK
Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the stay (withdraw from the accommodation contract) for any reason or without giving any reason by sending an email to the accommodation provider at info@apartmany-gottesgab.cz. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the cancellation period. In such a case, however, the accommodation provider is obliged to pay the cancellation fee (cancellation fee), which, depending on the time of cancellation, is:
No cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival.
50 % of the total price of the accommodation for cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival.
75% of the total price of the accommodation for cancellations made within 14 - 4 days prior to arrival.
100% of the total price for cancellations made between 3 and the day of arrival.
In the event that the guest fails to arrive at the accommodation on the specified date and within the specified time frame, it is a cancellation by the guest.
In case of arbitrary shortening of the stay for any reason, the guest is not entitled to a financial compensation.
