Location and access
The house is located directly by the ski resort Modra Hvezda. We rent the half of the twinhouse situated towards the ski lift. There is a final stop of intercity bus, so it is easily accessible even in winter. No parking by the house. It is possible to park in the vicinity (about 50 to 100 meters), free in summer, paid in winter (about 500 CZK per car per week).
Equipment and services
We offer 5 rooms with TV for max. 15 persons, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and shower. The ground floor: 1 bedroom with 4 beds (storey-bed); 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 3 beds + 1 bedroom with 3 beds (double bed with storey-bed); 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 4 beds + 1 bedroom with 1 bed. Electric heating, electric water heaters. The house is used partly for owner recreation and partly is rented out. It is simply but comfortably furnished. Guests have the entire house at their disposal. The owner provides bed linens (if not otherwise agreed). Guests have to bring towels.

Ideal for weekly winter and summer recreation of 2-3 friendly families with children. Basic services (shop, post office, restaurant, bus) in the vicinity by the Horni Namesti square (3 minutes), the rest (ATMs, doctor etc.) by the Dolni Namesti square in Rokytnice nad Jizerou (about 4km). Possibility to use free skibus (50m) to Lysa hora ski resort. • Summer recreation - ideal starting point for mountain tours, cycling, etc.
