Location and access
Resort Ski village is located in the Ski Village Resort in the cadastral area Loučná pod Klínovcem. The apartments are situated on a gentle south-west slope with a view of the SKI center Klínovec and the German town of Oberwiesenthal. This resort is about 300m from the parking lot of the Klínovec ski area.

• Mountain cottage 2+1 - area of 50m2, two terraces, own garage (33m2), two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower. Maximum occupancy 4 persons.
• Mountain cottage 3+1 - area of 100m2, four terraces, own double garage (50m2). Max occupancy 6 people in 2 bedrooms and on a sofa bed.
• Mountain cottage 4+1 - area of 100m2, four terraces, own double garage (50m2), living room, three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower. Max occupancy 8 people.
• The apartments are situated on the southwest slope with their own terraces and lands.
The apartments are accessible by stairs through the closed space of the vestibule.
The underground part consists of a garage / double garage with remote control doors.
Each apartment has terraces offering beautiful views of the Klinovec and Fichtelberg mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has kitchen appliances - a fridge with a freezer, a hot-air electric oven with a grill, induction cooker, an extractor hood, electric kettle.
The bathroom has floor heating.
TV (Sky link) and free internet (Wifi).
Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels are included in the price of the stay. Baby cot available on request.
