Guesthouse Lumis

Our family guesthouse is located in the Ore Mountains in the village of Smolné Pece surrounded by beautiful forests. The village of Smolné Pece is situated in the middle of virgin nature on a vast clearing on the northern slope of Hamerský vrch at an altitude of 518 metres, only less than 20 minutes by car from Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) and 4.5 km southeast of Nejdek. You can take a bus from Prague Airport, which departs every hour, to Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) and from there take the train. If you need help to get to us, do not hesitate to contact us.

In our guesthouse we offer comfortable accommodation in a quiet environment. We have 11 rooms/30 beds + 2 extra beds available. The rooms are spacious 2-4 bedded with extra beds. Some rooms have their own balcony. Each room has its own bathroom (toilet and shower), WiFi. Possibility of accommodation with dogs. In the Lumis guesthouse you will find a Bar where we serve world famous Czech Pilsner Urquell and Gambrinus beer, hot drinks and cold mixed drinks. For our guests we offer home-cooked dinner on request and from mid-July we will open our restaurant where guests will have a 20% discount a la carte. In the garden we have a children's playground with a large trampoline and there are 2 fire pits where you can roast sausages or marshmallows. In case of bad weather we also have a games room inside the hotel. We also have a ballroom suitable for family celebrations, weddings or corporate events. Free parking in front of the guesthouse.

The Rolava natural swimming pool is only 16.4 km from the Lumis guesthouse. It is ideal for a wide range of leisure activities such as a climbing wall, beach volleyball court, in-line skating track, etc. The Plesivec Resort with an adrenaline park is only 30 minutes (21 km) by car from the Lumis guesthouse. The Plesivec Mountain will delight visitors of all age groups. You can enjoy the breathtaking view from the Plesivec view-tower and you can try a variety of more or less adrenaline activities. The Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) Region boasts more than 2.000 kilometres of marked cycling routes. With 137 cycle paths in Carlsbad today, there are plenty of options for outdoor enthusiasts.
