Hotel is located in the centre of the spa town Teplice, close to spa facilities and wide parkland spaces. Hotel caters to both a business and pleasure clientele. Due to its strategic position on the main routes Prague-Dresden-Berlin, town is a common destination of foreign visitors.

A choice of 6 double-bed apartments and 2 three-bed apartments in a modern construction with optional extra sleeping arrangements. All rooms are equipped with WC, bathroom, satellite television, and telephone. The hotel, recognised as "the narrowest hotel in Europe", offers the highest standards of comfort. Hotel also comes replete with a full range of additional services, including reception services, currency exchange facilities, a hair salon, solarium, security parking at the front of the hotel.
