Detached house, functionally equipped. The house is equipped as a mountain guesthouse and consists of several separate rooms and one apartment.
1 x apartment - double room, from which stairs lead to the attic with one double bed, further equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, stove with oven, dishes, kettle), private bathroom (shower, toilet) and TV.
1 x double room (bunk bed) with own bathroom (shower, toilet).
2 x double room, each with the possibility of 1 extra bed, private bathroom (shower, toilet) and TV.
1 x four-bedded room with 1 extra bed available and with private sanitary facility (shower, toilet) and TV.
1 x common room, which belongs to the above rooms, with sitting area, kitchenette (microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge, stove with oven, dishes) and TV.
Heating is central. Parking by the accommodation facility. There is a large swimming pool measuring 13x5 m, which is also used by guests of the neighboring building KK 0054.
Specials: Pets allowed by arrangement. Energy and bed linen are included in the price. There is a cot and Wifi. Upon agreement, the possibility of shortened stays (weekends in the low season for 9998 CZK/FRI-SUN). The house is suitable for a maximum of 14/16 people.
