Guest house is situated in the spa village Karlova Studánka, in the part Hubertov, 5 minutes by walk to centre and bus station. Karlova Studánka is the enter point of tourist hikes to the peak Praded and Jeseniky. Access from Bruntál or Rýmařov, finally destination of bus connection. By bus: station Karlova Studánka – station Hubertus (50m). By train: Bruntál – then by bus (17km), Vrbno p. Praděděm – then by bus. Reservation is done at the request of the person (by phone, e-mail) and is confirmed (guaranteed) in agreement with the receptionist (manager) and advance payment. If canceled 14 days prior to arrival the deposit is refundable. In case of change the dates it is without penalty.

The guesthouse offers 6 rooms with a total capacity of 23 beds, 2 fully equipped kitchens (except ovens) and a common room for 30 people. No. 5 - apartment: a room with two separate beds and stairs to the attic where there are another 2 separate beds. No. 6 - apartment: 1x room with a double bed, 1x room with a bunk bed Shared fully equipped kitchen with dining room. All rooms have social. equipment, hall, TV and WiFi. Guests have a free garage where they can store motorcycles, bicycles, skis, etc. There is a fireplace, grill, smokehouse at the guesthouse. Free parking and WiFi.
