Location and access
Cottage - former farm bulding is situated near the wood in quiet part of small village Háje nad Jizerou. The river Jizera flows only 200m far from the cottage. You can come preferably by car. By bus you must go to Háje nad jizerou (line Semily-Jilemnice) and than 1 km on foot. GPS N 50°36´35" E 15°25´18".
Equipment and services
The cottage has WiFi. The cottage was rekonstruceted in 2007 and was equuiped with new furniture and fireplace. The cottage has WC, kitchen, common room and small bedroom. In the kitchen there are kitchen unit, dinning table, stove, utensils and coffee machine. In the common room there are 3 beds, chairs and TV. Two beds are also in a small bedroom. Internet access at property owner. Trampoline, pool (3,5m). It's possible to have a tent on garden 2000,- CZK/week/3 persons. During winter is possible make an bobsled.

Recreation and services in surroundings
The location is perfect for trips to the Giant mountains or Czech Paradise. The neighbourhood offers conditions for walks to valley of river Jizera or to neighbouring woods. Ski lift with lenght 200m near the cottage. The nearest ski centres are Rokytnice nad Jizerou (25km), Harrachov (28km) and Špindlerův Mlýn (30km).
