These 3 apartments occupy the entire 1st floor of the house. You can stay here all year round in one of the apartments, or in all, if you want to enjoy a holiday in a larger group (max. 17 people) or with a wider family, but with proper privacy.
Apt No. 5 and 6 are located next to each other and have the same layout (approx. 49 m2), they are two-bedroom with a living room with a sofa bed, 49 "TV, dining table with 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. Large French window provides a view to the ski resort Klínovec and Oberwiesenthal (in apt.6) or to the Ore Mountains landscape (in apt.5)
Slightly smaller apartment No. 4 (approx. 46 m2) is located opposite apartments 5 and 6, has one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and a spacious living room with another double bed. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette. It offers views of the Klínovec ski area.
The kitchens of all 3 apartments are equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker for Dolce Gusto capsules, drip tray, toaster, utensils for cooking and serving, refrigerator with freezer. Of course, there are dishwashing detergents, tea towels, a welcome capsule for a coffee machine and a welcomedrink.
Each bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, alarm clock and lamps.
All bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink and toilet (hair dryer, towels, toilet paper and dispenser with hand soap are a matter of course).
We also offer reliable free Wi-Fi.
Upon request, we will prepare a cot, including bedding and a high chair.
On the ground floor there is a ski storage room with a locker for each apartment, in summer it is adapted for bicycle storage.
Free parking is right in front of the house, each apartment has its own parking space.
