Location and access
Cottage with children playgroung and small swimming pool is situated upon village Desna near the dam Souš, in place called Nýčovy domky, near the ski lift Černá Říčka (children lift, night skiing). You can come by car all the year round, parking by the cottage. There is also private meadow with area of 6000qm.
Equipment and services
In the cottage there are 4 bedrooms (4+4+3+6 beds), 1 common room with hearthstone, equipped kitchen, bathroom, 3x WC. TV/SAT, Wifi. Capacity is about 12-17 persons.

Recreation and services in surroundings
In summer there are ideal conditions for hiking a cycling. By the cottage there are children playground (slide, swings, sandpit) and small swimming pool. In winter there are posiibilities for cross-country and downhill skiing. One ski lift near the cottage (500m). You can also visit ski centres Špičák and Harrachov or Aqua-centre in Liberec.
