Location and access
The house an the foothill of Giant mountains near the place called „Hrádeček“, 8km from town Trutnov, 9km from Janské Lázně, 18km from Pec p. Sněžkou, 3km from new golf course and ski centre (Mladé Buky). Parking at enclosure area.
Equipment and services
New house in western style. Guests can use terrace, fireplace, grill and swimming pool (4.5m). The apartment consists of two 4-bed rooms with kitchenette (part of one room), 2x TV, 2x SAT. Equipped kitchen with el.stove (4x), microwave oven, electric kettle and fridge with freezer. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The building has central heating. In the ground floor guest can use common room (only for guests). The owner lives about 150m away, snacks and drink on request. Client can also use the small sport area (football, volleyball, basketball, table tenis) and playground (sandpit, climbing frames). Possibility of using the mountain bikes by deal with owner.

Inside and outside swimming pools are in Trutnov, Dolce and Peklo. Ski resorts in surroundings: Pec pod Snezkou, Janske Lazne, Zacler, Spindleruv Mlyn, Mlade Buky. Golf course is 3km away. Trips in surroundings: Adrspach`s rocks, ZOO in Dvur Kralove, castle Kuks, and else. You can play Laser Games Sniper Valey 1km from the house in the original settingsurroundings of the chateau (year round operation). New 1.6km long bobsleigh track with year round operation is located 6km away.
