Location and access
haus is situated on semi-hamlet near the village Nová Ves nad Nisou, 200m by the spring of river Nisa. You can come on highway from Prague to Jablonec nad Nisou, than to Nová ves nad Nisou - to the spring of river Nisa and pension "U tří lip". From there cca 200m to the spring of river. By train to Lučany nad Nisou, by bus to Nová ves nad Nisou. Enclosured parking place.
Equipment and services
Cottage is comfortable for 7 persons, but it is possible to accommodate more persons. In the ground floor there are common room (settee bed and couch), in the first floor bedroom (for 5-7 persons) and in the attic room with mattress. Two WC in the ground and first floor, 4 lavatories, shower in ground floor, bathroon with bath in basement and indoor shower. Heating by the hearthstone and electric fire. In the area there are large terrace by kitchen and common room with view to wide natural garden with river Nisa. At the garden there are grassy sportground for tennis and small pond. It is possible to use the cottage and the garden as base camp for tourists tent camp. Possible to provide accommodation with programm.
Recreation and services in surroundings
The thematic track "Spring of the river Nisa" started by the cottage. Omly 1km by the cottage there are 2 ski lifts (night skiing). You can also visit the ski centres Bedřichov (5km), Špičák, Severák (technical snow) or Harrachov (20km) a Rokytnice nad Jizerou (25km). In Jablonec nad Nisou (5km) you can visit indoor swimming pool with aqua centre, tennis and squash hall, etc.
