Location and access
The cottage is situated at the foothills of Giant mountains near the place called „Hrádeček“, 8km from Trutnov, 9km from janské Lázně, 18km from Pec pod Sněžkou. 3km to new golf course or ski centre Mladé Buky. Parking at enclosure area, garage possible.
Equipment and services
Separate object (higher standard), outside terrace, fireplace with barbecue, swimming pool. Common room with TV and SAT in the ground floor. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, freezer. Bathroom with bath. In the first floor there are 2 bedrooms for 8 persons + 1 extra bed. Object has central heating, the owner lives about 15m away, snacks and drink on request. Client can also use the small sport area (football, volleyball, basketball, table tenis) and playground (sandpit, climbing frames). Possibility of using the mountain bikes by deal with owner.

Inside and outside swimming pools are in Trutnov, Dolce and Peklo. Ski resorts in surrounding: Krkonose, Pec pod Snezkou, Janske Lazne, Zacler, Spindleruv Mlyn, Mlade Buky. Golf course is 3km away. Trips in surrounding: Adrspach`s rocks, ZOO in Dvur Kralove, castle Kuks, and else. You can play Laser Games Sniper Valey 1km from the house in the original settingsurroundings of the chateau (year round operation). New 1.6km long bobsleigh track with year round operation is located 6km away.
