Cottage Na Pustinách

The cottage with an outdoor heated swimming pool and a seating area is situated in a beautiful area on the border of the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains near a forest and a well-maintained road that connects the village Desná with Korenov and Příchovice. The cottage is located on a slope overlooking the valley. It is intended for year-round accommodation and is adapted for a maximum of 18 guests. Parking is possible on the driveway to the cottage, in case of snow calamity it is necessary to have snow chains. During the winter months the pool is not heated and is not accessible.

3-bedded bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet - 4-bedded bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet - 7-bed studio with double bed, storey bed and three single beds (double bed available) in the attic (access by stairs from the apartment corridor), with kitchenette and bathroom with toilet - 4-bedded studio with a double bed and two single beds, kitchenette and bathroom with toilet - 3-bedded bedroom with bathroom with toilet. Each unit has a TV, and each kitchenette includes a fridge, 2-plate induction hob and microwave. All accommodation units are located on the first floor, only 3-bedded room in ground floor. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with a fireplace, a bar with a tap and a spacious modern kitchen. This is equipped with a fridge and freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and toaster. For relaxation, there is an above-standard outdoor heated swimming pool with a roof and an infrared sauna with shower and toilet. In the winter season the pool is closed and not heated. Sports facilities include an outdoor trampoline, a table tennis and electric darts. You can also sit by an open fire. The nearby forest is a great mushroom picking location. In the summer you can enjoy hiking and cycling, in the winter cross-country skiing and in the nearby ski resorts downhill skiing or snowboarding. The cottage is primarily rented as a whole. The property has an apartment with a separate side entrance where the owner can stay. The property is heated by a heat pump, there are radiators in the individual rooms and underfloor heating and a fireplace in the lounge. There is free WiFi internet access in the property. Think snow chains in the winter, the forest access road is harder to maintain when it snows! The deposit is 5.000,- CZK. NEW YEAR'S EVE - WEEK STAY ONLY

Ski resort Černá Říčka - 2km, leisure and ski resort U Čápa in Příchovice - 3km ski resort Rejdice - 4km, ski resort Harrachov, Paseky 10km, settlement Jizerka - 6km, view-tower Štěpánka, cross-country skiing trails with connection to the Jizera Cross-country System. When there is enough snow, you can sledge and bobsled right next to the cottage. The place is suitable in summer for cycling, hiking, mushroom picking. Bowling in Kořenov, mini golf in Příchovice, Mumlava waterfalls. A pleasant stop is Riedl's Villa, the lighthouse and the Jára Cimrman Museum or the Museum of Toy Production.
