The cottage is situated in the central part of the village, but in a quiet location, 100 meters from a bus stop, 100m from the ski slope, 50m from the shops.

APARTMENT B - 6 persons, 2x storey bed (bottom part for two persons), sofa, wardrobe, kitchen with hob, fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, bathroom - shower, toilet, washbasin. Apartment C - 4 persons, 2 separate beds, sofa bed, wardrobe, kitchen with hob, fridge, el.kettle, microvawe oven, bathroom - shower, WC, washbasin. Apartment D - 4 persons, 2 separate beds, sofa bed, equipped kitchen unit, fridge, microwave oven), bathroom - shower, toilet, washbasin. Second floor - 7 rooms (1x quadruple + 2 extra beds, 3x triple, 2x double, 1x single + baby bed). Each room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. WiFi free of charge.

The cottage is located in the center of the village. There are 4 ski lifts 100m from the cottage in the winter season. The ski resort Klíny is 13km away. The ski resort Holzhau (Germany) is 8km away from the cottage. The whole area is ideal for cross-country skiers. You can visit the thermal pool at the spa Altemberg in the winter and summer months. The golf course Cínovec is located 24km away. You can also visit the beautiful natural swimming pool in Rechenberg (7km away) or the outdoor swimming pool with a toboggan and playground in Neuhaussen (7km away). About 4km from the village there is the Fláje water reservoir built as a drinking water reservoir for Mostecko and Teplicko. Summer bobsleigh track in Seiffen 3km or in Klíny.
