Cottage Adam

We offer accommodation in a newly built and well-equipped house, located on the outskirts of the village Prosečné, in the foothills of the Giant Mountains, near the town Vrchlabí and within a short driving distance of famous ski resorts. The location is suitable for holidays all year round. Very spacious and luxuriously equipped two-storey house with 22 beds, central recuperation and underfloor heating. The house has 5 quadruple rooms and 1 double room, all situated on the 1st floor together with 2 bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area and children's play area, bathroom with toilet and Finnish sauna. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace and a covered heated swimming pool 12x4 m (in the winter season the pool is not operated). There is a large parking for 6 cars by the house, while there is also the possibility to park in front of the house in the public parking lot. A children's climbing frame with swings on the garden. WE NEWLY OFFER charging stations for electric cars - the price is 6.50 CZK/KWh. Parties, parties and noisy entertainment are not allowed at the cottage!

Fully equipped kitchen, electric induction hob, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, dreft beer equipment, wine cellar, spacious fridge/freezer, all utensils and TV. A cot and highchair are available. Coffee machine for coffee beans. In each room there is a wardrobe, bed linen, towels and bath towels.
