House is situated on the eastern periphery of village Bartošovice v orlických horách. From the centre you must go direction Mladkov (road No. 311) and before the end of village turn to the left. Parking by the house all the year round. You can come also by train (railway station Žamberk) or by bus (bus station Žamberk). Possibility to order the transport by the phone.

Every room has hall, room and bathroom with shower, lavatory, WC (hair dryer, towel, bath towel, soap, dish). In the room there are cabinet, refrigerator, microwave oven, utensils, beds, bedside tables, TV, extra bed, bed-clothes, table and chairs. Studios are are completely equipped with kitchen, shower, etc. We can also provide other services. WIFI is available in the house. Common room for 20 persons with a bar and event equipment (for a fee) and a wine cellar with a supply of wines from South Moravia. In summer there is a terrace, tables and chairs, umbrellas, shower, deck chairs, roofed grill for approx. 20 persons, transport to hiking trails, etc. For guest guests is also available for an extra charge infrasauna for 4 persons and a whirlpool USSPA. Possibility to order breakfast, lunch or dinner in the neighbouring restaurants. The whole house is NO SMOKING, you can smoke only in front of house or at terrace (in summer). Accommodation in a hotel regime. The rooms are available 1st day from 4p.m. They must be vacate the last day to 10a.m. (or by phone agreement). Target for families with children and seniors, incl. pets (notice - house is guarded by sleuthhound).

In summer there are many tourist and cycling routes, possibility of swimming at the swimming pool of hotel Zemská brána (extra payment) or in river Orlice (area of boarding house). In winter ski lifs about 150-300m long, useful for beginners or children, ski centre Říčky (12km). Mobile net T-MOBIL a EUROTEL, OSKAR (restricted), the hearest cashomat Žamberk or Rokytnice v O.h., 1 shop, 1 hotel, 2 boarding houses, bus connection around Eagle mountains, post office.
