Apartments Studenoff

In Rokytnica nad Jizerou, we have prepared modern, cozy and spacious apartments for 4-7 people. You can find us in Dolní Rokytnice directly 150m below the Pařez - Studenov ski resort. The driveway ends at our property, where parking awaits you right next to the house. For apartment 01 and 03 we count on two cars, for apartment 02 we count on one. We have ensured the maintenance of the driveway and the parking lot, but the weather can surprise us and we are in the mountains. A sand box for the driveway is available next to the electric pole. In May, we are planning to install an EV car charger for 2 cars.

We have equipped family apartments for you to make you feel at home. We run them as a family business and we will be happy to meet you. Feedback and a personal approach are very important to us. Quality beds, solid oak furniture, above-standard kitchens, sufficient storage space, modern and spacious bathrooms, underfloor heating, parking right next to the building, a sunny terrace and beautiful views are small pieces that we would like to make your stay more pleasant. We tried to make the house comfortable even for the smallest guests. We have children's travel cots with a classic mattress, chairs, a bathtub or a bathing bucket, steps to the bathroom, children's cutting boards, child insurances available for rent. In every apartment there are also dishes for children. The common room is equipped with a children's play area and prepaid Internet TV with children's and movie channels. Board games, books and magazines can be borrowed in the common room for larger visitors.

Wi-Fi Internet

For small skiers or beginners, we recommend the Pařez area. The slope is gentle, clear and wide. You can have refreshments under the slope in Krmelec. They also have a training school and equipment rental (www.skiparez.cz). In good snow conditions, you can use the Studenov area (www.udatny.info/cs/lyzarske-vleky.html) You can go to both of them directly from the house, with the fact that you can get to Pařez by chairlift (Udatný) - they also have one-time rides or you can go by car to the upper parking lot directly below Pařez. Where to go by car? (Unfortunately, the ski bus currently only runs on the main road of the municipality) The Horní Domky ski resort, located in Horní Rokytnice on the southern slopes of mountain Lysá hora, offers 2 cable cars, 6 lifts and 14.5 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty (blue, red, black).
