The house is located in a quiet part of Rokytno. With a beautiful view of Lysá hora and Kotel mountains. Ski resort Modrá Hvězda - 20m. Mountain resort Rokytnice - 1,5km (Skibus stop 300m - can be reached on skis). Ski resort Paseky - 9km. Ski resort Aldrov - Vítkovice 9km.

Apartments Rokytno 80 in Rokytnice nad Jizerou provide accommodation for up to 14 people in 3 apartments. There is a ski boot dryer and a ski/snowboard storage room. • Apartment No.1 is located on the first floor, 4 beds (double bed + 2 beds in a separate room) + extra bed for 2 persons, bathroom - shower, toilet. Kitchen with dining table - fully equipped. • Apartment No.2 located on the ground floor, 4 beds in one bedroom, possibility of extra bed for 2 persons, separate entrance, bathroom - shower, toilet. Kitchen with dining table - fully equipped. • Apartment No.3 located on the first floor, 4 beds (2x double bed in separate rooms) + possibility of one extra bed. Kitchen with dining table in a separate room. Toilet and bathroom are accessible only from the common corridor, use only for the apartment No. 3

In the vicinity of the house you can enjoy winter fun such as sledding and bobsledding. The house is also a good starting point for ski mountaineering trips - Dvoračky, Kotel. Near the house there are also cross-country skiing trails on the Sachrův hřeben ridge - Vyhlídky na Stráži (about 700m walk uphill to the trails), or circuits Na kapličce (1.5km).
