Apartments Pod Modřínem

Welcome to Apartments Pod Modřínem. These two identical duplex apartments were newly built in 2018. The apartments are located directly on the Portášky ski slope, in the centre of Velká Úpa, in the ski resort SkiResort Černá Hora - Pec pod Sněžkou. There are 44km of ski slopes in this ski resort for one skipass, which you can buy at the lower station of the Portášky chairlift. This station is located about 100 meters from our apartments. Free parking is available right next to the apartments in the off-ski season. During the ski season it is possible to park in a guarded car park about 150m from the apartments for a fee.

The apartments are fully, modernly and newly equipped with a kitchen, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster and also a kettle including kitchen equipment. The kitchenette is part of the living room, where there is also a glass door with access to the terrace, from where there is a beautiful view of the Giant Mountains. Furthermore, in the living room you will find a sofa bed, satellite LED-TV, free Wi-Fi, a dining table and an area with garden furniture under the stairs to the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed including bedside tables with a lamp and two single beds. There are also wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The upper floor has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Toiletries including a hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided. There are lockable cubicles and a shoe dryer in the hallway.

The clean alpine air in the heart of the Giant Mountains is perfect for a holiday. Skiers, ski mountaineers, cross-country skiers, hikers, cyclists and families with children will always find something to do here. The Portášky chairlift, three ski lifts and two children's ski lifts are located directly below the windows of our apartments, which will be especially appreciated by parents who can watch their children from the terrace with a coffee in their hand and with enthusiasm. The cross-country skiing trails are part of the Giant Mountains Cross-Country Skiing Route with a total length of 550 km. The apartments are adjacent to the Gueshouse Modřín, where our guests can also enjoy all services such as wellness, breakfast, lunch and dinner for a fee.
