Object is situated in the centre of Nove Hute, on the right side of road from Vimperk. It is located opposite the church.

Separate ski or bike storage is by house. Part of house is large terrace for barbecue and garden. Parking is possible in the front of house.

Distance to ski resort is 500m from house, skies is possible put on the garden. Around are 3 restaurants, shops, bus station, ski bus station.
