Location and access
Apartment is situated on the periphery of village Lázně Lipová. Around the garden is brook. Never ending wood (30–40 km) is right behind the house. Bus station is only 3 minutes and railway station 4 minutes by foot. Parking on the enclosured ground.

We offer 3 variants: Separate room with 2-4 beds, kitchen, kitchen, sanitary facility (shower, WC); Separate 2x 2 rooms with 3-4 beds, completely equipped kitchen, hall, sanitary facility (shower, WC); Mergence of 1st and 2nd variant, i.m. apartment for 9–11 persons. You can sit over the fireplace on the garden with hearthstone and pergola. Accommodation with dog after agreement.

In the neighbourhood there are three downhill routes Miroslav with technical snow and night skiing. Other ski centres are Lázeňský vrch (3 lifts + children´s lift), Ramzová (8km, chair lift), Petříkov, Ostružná. Many tourist and cycling track in the surroundings. Wellness in town. You can also visti stalactical caves Na Pomezí and Špičák, chateaus in Javorník and Velké Losiny, indoor swimming pool in Lázně Jeseník, spa Karlova Studánka, museum of minerals and jewels, theatre or cinema in Jeseník and many others. The state frontier with Poland is only 18km far.
