New apartment with outdoor terrace on the ground floor of cottage. Capacity 4 persons (2 double beds), kitchen, bathroom with WC, hallway. TV+SAT+WiFi. Sitting on the terrace, grill. Parking by the house. Quiet location, natural swimming pool (camp) 150m from the house. Ski resort 5 minutes by car.

Quiet location - holiday cottage complex. Campsite with a natural swimming pool is in neighbourhood. There are forests and pastures near the cottage. The closest ski resort is about 5 minutes by car, others Janske Lazne - Cerna Hora (10-15min). The nearest grocery store 3km (Lánov), 4km (Cerny Dul), 7km (Vrchlabí). The bus stop is 150m from the house.

Apartment and all equipment are completely new. The apartment has 4 beds (2x double bed width 160cm), one double bed can be easily and quickly folded and used as comfortable sofa.
