The route starts in Bolehoř (crossroads with yellow 6942) and continues through Orasín to Mezihoří (crossroads with green 3925). From there it goes to Zákoutí (crossroads with red 0315) and than through Zákoutské wood to the crossroads in Kalek (crossroads with yellow 6942), where it finishes.
