The trip starts in Špondlerův Mlýn by the lower station of the cable car leading up to Medvědín. It continues by the blue track to the meeting of Labe (Elbe) and Bílé Labe (White Elbe) rivers and to valley Labský Důl. The road takes us through a pleasant forest to a 4M high Pudlavský waterfall and then up by a rocky track to Pančavský waterfall. Then it gradually descends to Labská rokle valley and climbs steeply up to the edge of Labská louka (meadow). This climb ends by Labská Bouda (cottage) from where the trip continues by the green track to the view above Labský waterfall and it descends to the valley of Dvorský stream to Martinova Bouda (cottage). From the cottage it continues by the green and blue track through Medvědí Údolí (valley) to the crossroad from where it descends by the green track to the meadow with Medvědí Bouda (cottage) to the valley of Medvědí Potok (stream). The road ends by a car road leading to the crossroad U Dívčí Lávky (By the Girl Bridge) from where it returns to Špindlerův Mlýn.
