| | Prachatice - The border town of Prachatice is one of the best preserved urban complexes in the Czech Republic. The historical center, which retained its Renaissance form within the ring surrounded by the already preserved city walls, was declared the City Historical Reserve in 1981 and in 2002 Prachatice won the title "Historical City of the Year 2002". Among the important historical monuments are the Lower Gate (Písecká ), Old and New Town Hall, Heydl House, Church of St. Jacob, Sitra and the Prince's House. | | | Lázně Sv. Markéty – the spa was founded in 1783 at a spring springing from a wooded massif and focused on the treatment of the nervous system and the locomotive system. The spa operation ended in 1935 and the buildings continued to be used as a holiday resort. | | | Lookout tower Libín - The stone lookout tower Libín was built in 1883. It is 27 meters high and has 137 stairs. From the lookout tower there is a beautiful view of the town of Prachatice and a large part of the Bohemian Forest, as well as the Novohradské Mountains, the Českobudějovická Basin, the Kleť Mountain with a lookout tower and a transmitter, Písek, Strakonice and Brdská vrchovina.
