| Jaroměř, Josefov - Fortress Josefov - A tour of the fort’s underground, lapidarium in the bastion, outside part of the walls. Railway museum located in the of the train station. Locomotives and trains placed in the authentic railway area. First military museum of M.Frost is located on Riegrovo náměstí (square) in Josefov. The oldest exponates are connected to the history of the Austro-Hungarian army from the end of 19th century. The exposition talks about the happenings of WWI 1914-1918 focusing on Czech legion.
| | Krčín - Chateau Nové Město nad Metují was founded in 1501 by Jan Černický from Kacov. In the half of 17th century it was rebuilt in baroque style. Presently it is owned by the family of Bartoň-Dobenín and is accessible by the public. In 2008 it was called the national cultural monument.
| | Náchod, Old town - The Náchod chateau is a vast complex with five courtyards which came to exist by rebuilding of a gothic castle built in 13th century. It got its current look in baroque times of 17th and 18th century. The visitors can also see the Piccolomin garden.. |
